We naturally offer you the best possible customer service that you can expect. Please write to us in detail about your question/problem, including 2-3 photos.

As a rule (except on holidays), your order will be processed within 24 hours. You then decide on the shipping method and how quickly you want your delivery to reach you (except for delivery delays such as holidays, bad weather, strikes).
